The Chief of Operations Division serves as the Staff Action Agent for the INSCOM AT program. The INSCOM Lead Antiterrorism Officer (ATO) is the task order management representative administering the AT/OPSEC policy, strategy, plans, operations, training, assessments, exercises, Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS), and requirements support. Principal tasks within the scope of the task order includes, but are not limited to, assisting in planning, analyses, operational studies, training, AT assessments, and embedding AT training into all INSCOM professional development training and staff actions. These tasks may be applied to related and specific actions envisioned or required in support of INSCOM and the Army Protection Program. We shall provide support in management tasks, to include: procedural development, strategic and operational planning, trend analyses, training and exercise, and leadership education. Our support personnel are identified as Security Specialists whose duties include performing AT/Force Protection (FP), OPSEC, Emergency Management, and Insider threat programs; must have knowledge and experience in strategic planning, mission analysis and conducting AT, OPSEC, and Emergency Management vulnerability assessments. Several principal tasks within the scope of the task order provide Army planning, assessments, training, and education. Broadleaf supports INSCOM activities located at Fort Belvoir, Va, Fort, Meade MD, and Fort Gordon GA
